Representatives from Cambodia, Vietnam and UNHCR will meet in Phnom Penh January

21-22 to discuss repatriation of the 1,000 Vietnamese hill tribe members who fled

that country's Central Highlands region after disturbances in February 2001. The

refugees claim religious and ethnic discrimination by the Vietnamese government.
