The European Union's arms control project, EU ASAC, organized the ceremonial burning

of 4,000 weapons in Takeo December 3. HE Sok An joined the provincial governor and

the head of EU ASAC as weapons from Takeo, Kampot and Prey Veng were destroyed in

the latest Flames of Peace ceremony.
