Representatives of M&V garment factory and its union yesterday agreed to open negotiations on Thursday after workers threatened to strike. Free Trade Union president Chea Mony said yesterday that he received word from the factory, which supplies knitwear for H&M, that it would enter into negotiations in order to avoid a strike, which the workers had scheduled for Friday.
