A National Budget Guide was published November 14 detailing the government's planned

receipts and expenditures and dictates the government's ability to implement policy.

"The guide is an important instrument in the fight against corruption."

said Chhim Yeap, Chair person, 2nd Commission, National Assembly, in announcing the

publication of the booklet. The guide was produced by the NGO Forum on Cambodia in

cooperation with the Economic Institute of Cambodia.
