The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has replaced the Cambodian ambassadors to Russia, Cuba and the Philippines following the end of their three-year missions, ministry spokesman Koy Kuong said Sunday. The three new ambassadors will meet King Norodom Sihamoni and Prime Minister Hun Sen before being dispatched abroad.
