The Phnom Penh Municipality plans to repair a 30-meter long, 20-meter wide strip

of riverbank that collapsed into the Bassac River behind the Cambodiana Hotel late

on December 28. The repair job, estimated at $70,000, is expected to commence next

week, said Nhem Saran, director of Department of Public Works and Transport.
