Keat Sukun has been appointed as director of the Khmer Institute of Democracy (KID).

Sukun, an advisor to the Prince Ranariddh, will start work on September 2. He has

previously held a number of high-profile jobs, among them Minister of Youth, Sport

and Women's Affairs in the 1990s.
