New military HQ

RCAF is moving its headquarters from Phnom Penh to Kandal. The existing

headquarters on Norodom Blvd will be turned into a hospital, according to Khmer newspaper

Moneaksekar Khmer. It quoted Prime Minister Hun Sen as saying there was no reason

to have soldiers in the middle of Phnom Penh and it made sense to have the headquarters

on the outskirts.
