A new weekly TV program, Cambodian Voices, will go to air for the first time on Sunday,
February 16 at 9:30pm on TV3. The hour-long discussion forum will cover a different
social issue each week. The first show deals with voting and the registration process.
Speakers include representatives from the National Election Committee, election monitoring
NGO Comfrel, human rights group ADHOC, and a youth association.
