The National Assembly allocated $3.9 million for the construction of a new building
for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on March 28. A ministry spokesman said it would
be built near the Naga complex on the fringe of Hun Sen Park. The ministry's current
building will be handed to the Ministry of Cults and Religious Affairs when construction
finishes, although the spokesman conceded he had "no idea" when that would
be.
