News Briefs: Japanese aid

Japan has given the Cambodian Government $18.5 million for the revamping of the

state water board and $15.1 million to build roads and bridges.

It has also given 136 books for the library in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Both donations were marked by ceremonies earlier this month.
