THE head of the National MSM Network has called for the process in which NGOs register with the government to be simplified to help tackle the spread of HIV/AIDS in Cambodia. Speaking at a forum hosted yesterday by the National AIDS Authority, Leang Moneyneath said that all ministries should provide the same application forms to NGOs, and provide clearer guidelines and instructions. “It doesn’t take long to register if they tell us clearly what we need to attach,” he said.
