B eing the eldest man among the Cambodian ex-pats who

participated in preparing documents for Icorc II, I can say, on behalf of them,

that we did indeed make positive contributions during our stay in Phnom Penh in

January & February last.

However, please do not exaggerate our role.

We are not & cannot be supermen.
