PM Hun Sen said there was no time to discuss a law to regulate the Throne Council,

the body that selects the successor to King Norodom Sihanouk. Although the King indicated

he was concerned about the issue and voiced his support for a law drafted by the

opposition, Hun Sen told reporters July 26 the new electoral law was more important.

The law has been outstanding since 1993.
