Oil firm quits

Oil and gas company PTT announced it would shut its service stations in Cambodia

as part of a cost-cutting drive. The Thai company said it would do the same to its

outlets in China, Laos and the Philippines. PTT operated gas stations in Cambodia

between 1995 and 1998, and re-opened them last year.
