Prakas #830 passed September 6 called for the creation of a government task force

for managing the Ministry of Economy and Finance's oil revenues. Hang Chhuon Narong,

Secretary General of Ministry of Economy and Finance, was appointed Chairman of the

task force. Sin Eang, Representative of the State Property Department, is Vice-Chairman.

The task force is in charge of managing the collection of all revenues from oil and

gas in the Kingdom; coordinating with relevant international institutions including

NGOs, and providing recommendations to the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
