Owner denies charge

THE owner of a central Phnom Penh guesthouse yesterday denied providing a place for drug abuse at a trial yesterday. Prum Sophea, 36, boss of the Rasmei Phka Chhouk II Guesthouse, in Daun Penh district, said at the capital’s municipal court he was unaware of abuse being carried out at his business. About 11 people were arrested during     a raid on the guesthouse in March.
