The Phnom Penh Municipal Health Department has awarded certificates to pharmacists who completed a course about prescription medicines, officials said Wednesday. The department’s director, Sok Sokun, said the course trained pharmacists to identify counterfeit or expired drugs, and that it is now required for anyone wanting to open a new dispensary.
