International Migrants Day will be marked on Friday with a radio plea to end violence against itinerant labourers. The Coordination of Action Research on AIDS and Mobility (CARAM Cambodia) broadcast on FM radio stations in Phnom Penh will ask governments around the world to ratify the UN Convention on Migrant Workers.
