PM to talk disabilities

PRIME Minister Hun Sen will convene his cabinet on Friday to debate a sub-decree that could institute quotas and procedures for recruiting people with disabilities for both government and the private sector. Council of Ministers spokesman Phay Siphan said government policy is moving toward improving working conditions and respecting the rights of people with disabilities. “Their rights should be equally respected,” he said.
