Officials in Banteay Meanchey province have called for the arrest of the head of the provincial antiterrorism department after he allegedly discharged his weapon in a restaurant and attacked the owner of the establishment last Thursday. Lieutenant Colonel Sok Sokun, who is believed to have fled to Thailand, is accused of causing property damage and injuring restaurant owner Chhun Mao.
