Police to secure Khmer New Year

The National Police issued a directive earlier this month ordering police throughout the country to be on duty 24 hours a day during the April 14-16 Khmer New Year holiday. Neth Savoeun, the chief of the National Police, said in the directive that all police must work to maintain order and control the flow of traffic to avoid congestion and injury during the celebration.
