TWO men have been charged with illegally planting marijuana after 1,150 plants were discovered in a mountainous forest in Takeo provinces’s Kiri Vong district on Saturday. Police said that Pouy Khoen, 36, and Man Shan, 25, have been detained in prison after the charges were levied at a provincial court on Monday.
