Policeman accused of shooting uncle

A 27-year-old Ministry of Interior police officer shot and killed his uncle following a dispute over land in Nirouth commune in Phnom Penh’s Meanchey district on Saturday night, police said Sunday. Hun Chan Thoeun, the police chief in Nirouth commune, said police were searching for Sou Boriey, who fled after shooting his 41-year-old uncle, Sou Bang, who was also a Ministry of Interior police officer, in the stomach.
