TWO hundred Royal Cambodian Armed Forces deminers are set to leave for Lebanon on November 17, following the advanced deployment of 21 RCAF engineers earlier this week. General Chhum Socheat, spokesman for the Ministry of National Defence, said the troops will support a UN peacekeeping mission by building roads, bridges and buildings, as well as by clearing mines.
