Charges against two nephews of PM Hun Sen were dropped January 24 after the

investigating judge ruled there was insufficient evidence linking the two men to

a city shoot-out, the men's lawyer said. Hun To, 24, and Hun Chea, 24, had been

charged with illegal use of a weapon and destruction of property after two

people were shot and injured in a beer garden December 16.
