The Foreign Journalists Club of Cambodia (FJCC) donated two tons of rice to HM King

Norodom Sihanouk to help support his efforts to feed flood victims. King Sihanouk

instructed the FJCC to deliver the rice to the headquarters of the Sam Raisny Party

which was providing shelter to over 1,000 villagers who had come to Phnom Penh to

seek emergency assistance. The rice was delivered Sept 15.
