The board of trustees of the Philippine-based International Rice Research
Institute (IRRI), met in Phnom Penh from September 12-13. IRRI has been involved
in agricultural research, training and development in Cambodia since 1988
through the Cambodia-IRRI-Australia Project , which will be phased out at the
end of this year.
