THE president of the Cambodian Confederation of Unions Rong Chhunn said yesterday he would visit Kampong Cham province on November 24 to investigate allegations that land has been ceded to Vietnam, adding that he would take a group of 10 delegates from the Cambodia Watchdog Council to the province’s Memot district. But Var Kimhong senior minister for border affairs said that Rong Chhun’s visit would be thwarted because he had no expertise in these issues.
