Scammers expelled

Twenty foreign nationals caught in a raid on a so-called 'boiler room' operation

in Phnom Penh were expelled from the country on July 19. The men, most of them UK

nationals, were arrested by police four days earlier at their recently established

business in the capital. They were accused of using the internet to make international

calls, which cost the government thousands of dollars in revenue.
