Path Heang, a program assistant with the International Labor Organization in Phnom

Penh, will travel to the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia as a Rotary

World Peace Scholar. Heang will study International Relations, Peace and Conflict

Resolution in 2003. His is one of 70 masters-level scholarships awarded by Rotary

International each year.
