I was really impressed by Bretton Sciaroni's letter condemning corruption in Cambodia

(Post, April 23). Mr Sciaroni surely had such a noble anti-corruption stance in 1997....

Back then, I imagine his distaste for corruption was foremost in his mind as he prepared

his extensive "white paper" detailing how right the CPP was to launch their

urban war against Funcinpec.
