US citizen Gary Evans Jackson, 56, was charged with debauchery for allegedly committing
sexual acts with three Cambodian boys between the ages of 10 and 15. A child advocacy
group tipped-off police who arrested him. He will be held in pre-trial detention
for up to six months. A conviction for debauchery with minors carries a sentence
of up to 20 years in jail under Cambodian law. Jackson is the second US citizen to
be arrested for debauchery in the last four months.
