There will be a ceremony tomorrow, April 28, to open a renovated spinal cord injury
rehabilitation center in Battambang.
The main building has been renovated and a new generator supplied under a project
by Handicap International and funding from the Government of Japan through their
Japanese Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Projects scheme.
