Student murdered

A 21-year-old city student was shot dead April 10, apparently by police, after a

minor traffic accident. Witnesses said Seng Kong Hong was in a car that bumped a

motorbike carrying two uniformed police, who chased the vehicle and shot him.

Five other people in the car survived. Police said they were investigating the

incident and suggested the killers might be security guards.
