Ou Norn, a president of the Takeo Teachers Association was injured on his eyebrow by Vietnamese border police after he accidentally crossed the Vietnamese border and travelled 50 metres into that country's territory Monday. Ny Chandaravuth, vice president of the Teachers Association, was with Norn and said they wanted only to see the border and had no intention of crossing. Norn said that he made a mistake and a fine would have been sufficient punishment.
