A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been accused of raping a 6-year-old girl in Battambang’s Kam Rieng district on Saturday. The teenager was arrested following a complaint from the victim’s family. Police allege that the girl was raped near her home, while her family played computer games. The youth is being held in the provincial police station.
