Thailand's Council of Economic Ministers has approved creation of a 10 year plan
for economic cooperation between Cambodia and Thailand.
The plan is expected to take a year to draft according Bangkok's Nation newspaper.
The plan is expected to look at potential economic zones and areas of bilateral cooperation.
It will give priority to border areas for development.
It will also look at special areas in which Thailand could assist Cambodia including
health, transport, agriculture and education.
