THAI soldiers loosed eight mortars rounds into Cambodia on April 14 after an
artillery exchange between Royal Government and Khmer Rouge forces spilled over
the border, a Thai border officer was quoted as saying.
The shells were
aimed 4 km deep at government troops preparing an assault on the KR's Phnom
