Thank you

Dear Editor,

My response follows.

Dear Lucktinny. Thank you for the letter and the gift. I received the $50 from

the Post in Cambodia on July 12, 2000.

I also have never forgotten the events relating to the grenade attack on March 30,

1997.

In the past as well as at present and the same in the future I am determined to bring

peace and liberal democracy to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

I would like to certainly create a culture of peace and a culture of justice.

Thank you again for writing to me. I count on you. I expect that in the future I

will see you one day.

Respectfully yours.

- Pov Sinoun, Phnom Penh
