Three Indonesian nationals were arrested in Phnom Penh’s Prampi Makara district yesterday and will be sent to Phnom Penh Municipal Court today, for allegedly robbing people as they withdrew money from bank machines. Pol Pithey, Phnom Penh deputy police chief, said yesterday that three suspects were arrested on Monday in a guesthouse in Prampi Makara district and are being detained, but he could not reveal their identities amid an ongoing investigation.
