PM Hun Sen met with the Lao and Vietnamese heads of state in Ho Chi Minh City
Jan 26 to discuss the "Vietnam-Cambodian-Laos Development Triangle" plan. The
three countries agreed in principle on the plan, which is meant to improve trade
and infrastructure in the region around Cambodia's north-east provinces.
