the wake of the abdication of King Sihanouk, and the President of the National Assembly
Prince Norodom Ranariddh, cast their votes at the meeting of the Throne Council,
in the Royal Palace, October 14. The nine members voted ananimously for Prince Sihamoni
to become King.
