Students practice a hold intended to put pressure on the shoulder bone.

Asix-person delegation from the Government and NGOs is to attend a regional meeting

in Manila on trafficking of women and children.

The delegation has compiled a country paper on the problem of trafficking in Cambodia.

The preparatory paper says that "Cambodia is increasingly important as a sending,

receiving and transit country for trafficked women and children."

The paper cites geographical location, endemic poverty and underdeveloped law enforcement

mechanisms as providing and ideal environment for traffickers.
