Tribunal staffers to receive award

Khmer Rouge tribunal staff responsible for organising the logistics behind the trial of former Tuol Sleng prison chief Kaing Guek Eav, alias Duch, will be honoured by a New York-based legal service. Staffers, according to a statement from the Law Technology News, used innovative technology despite “extraordinary difficulties, constraints and a limited budget”.
