Please be informed that TVK is the national television station of the Royal Government

of Cambodia and is administered by the Ministry of Information.

The article entitled "Easing Past the Ruls, Debate being Televised" by

Karin Bo Berquist on page 15 of your edition of Septeember 6 - 19, 1996 is incorrect

in implying that TVK is the station of the Cambodian Pople's Party.
