Britain's aid program chief for Asia visited Cambodia recently to discuss bilateral
aid with the government.
During his visit he oversaw an agreement by the British Government to give $1.5 million
of medical supplies.
It was signed on Dec. 7 by British Ambassador David Burns and Foreign Affairs Minister
Prince Norodom Sirivudh.
Since the Paris Peace Conference in 1991, Britain has committed $30 million to projects
in Cambodia.
