A British citizen has been arrested after he was accused of trying to procure sex

from a 12-year-old boy in Sihanoukville. The investigating judge, Sok Soeun, told

the Post he had begun his investigation into the charge against Stewart Mansel, 57.

If after two weeks there was no indication Mansel was guilty, said Soeun, he would

be freed from jail. The UK Embassy in Phnom Penh confirmed a British citizen appeared

at a hearing in a Sihanoukville court on March 12.
