The court in Sihanoukville has released Briton Stewart Mansel, who was accused

of trying to buy sex from a 12-year-old boy. Judge Sok Soeun said there was

insufficient evidence to charge Mansel, who was released on March 18, and might

bring a defamation claim against those who had the 57-year-old arrested. Dy

Borima, Mansel's lawyer, said his client had nothing to do with the boy. Mansel

returned to the UK on March 19.
