UN gives rice

The United Nations World Food Program on May 5 gave 32 metric tonnes of rice to support

expectant and nursing mothers and children under five years old in Chup Tatrav commune,

Siem Reap.

The rice is donated from Japanese NGO, Forum for Peace, Human Rights and the Environment.

It was planted, tended and harvested by Japanese schoolchildren and local communities.
